These Terms govern use of the TORDOKI website and mobile application for planning and supporting hikes, walks and paddling trips.

2. Application status

The application is preparing for launch. Descriptions of planned features are not promises of availability by a specific date.

3. Account

Users are responsible for accurate data, access security and activity under their account.

4. Outdoor safety

Information in the app does not replace personal preparation, professional instruction, weather checks or route assessment. Users remain responsible for their decisions, equipment and conduct.

5. User content

Users must have the right to upload routes, descriptions, tracks and other materials.

6. Prohibited conduct

• illegal use of the service;
• posting dangerous or rights-infringing information;
• attempting to disrupt infrastructure or other accounts;
• unauthorised copying of service elements.

7. Limitation of liability

The service is provided within available technical capabilities. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or complete accuracy of maps and user content.
