How to submit a request

1. In the app, open account settings and choose account deletion when the function becomes available.
2. Alternatively, email support@apptordoki.ru with the subject “Delete TORDOKI account”.
3. Provide the email address, phone number or other login identifier. We may ask you to verify account ownership.

Data deleted

After verification, we will delete or anonymise the account, profile, settings, routes, tracks, waypoints, notes and related materials unless retention is still required.

Data that may be retained

Some information may be retained for a limited period where required by law, security, abuse prevention, support handling or technical logging.

Processing time

We will process the request within a reasonable period after ownership is confirmed. Support will advise if additional time is required.

No account access

Explain the situation by email and support will offer an available verification method.
